"Service, Information and Representation for the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry" Workers Compensation Services The Insurance Council of Texas provides its member companies with a strong and effective advocate in workers' compensation regulatory matters, and a variety of services and products that give them the information and resources thay need to be successful in the Texas workers' compensation system.   Our newsletters and manuals report on developments that impact the Texas workers’ compensation system, and provide our members and other system participants with valuable tools with which to successfully navigate a complex system.   Our Workers’ Compensation Annual Conference is considered by many system stakeholders, regulators,and legislative staff to be a “must attend” event. The conference provides an update on legislative, regulatory, court-related and other developments that impact the Texas System.   Our Workers’ Compensation Seminars provide continuing education opportunities for licensed adjusters, insurance agents, nurses, nurse case managers, attorneys and other interested individuals.
