Insurance Facts provides information and points of view on current public policy issues facing the property and casualty insurance industry.
Consumer Tips contains a number of brochures that offer sound advice on everything from prevented water leaks to what steps to take following a damaging storm. Each 8 by 11 inch brochure can be downloaded and copies distributed to agents and consumers. We ask that the Insurance Council of Texas be credited and notified of any large distributions.

Education Foundation - The Insurance Council of Texas Education Foundation was created in 2007 for charitable and educational purposes. It uses its resources for academic scholarships to support students enrolled in insurance and risk management courses at Texas colleges and universities.
The Education Foundation also offers academic achievement awards to the business schools to enhance their insurance and risk management programs. This funding is evaluated each year to determine how the funds were utilized.
The Education Foundation, acting through its board of trustees or any authorized person or committee, has the sole discretion to determine to whom such grants or scholarships are to be made and the terms and conditions for their continuation.
