Use the following steps to create an icon on your desktop that opens the ICT website.

1) Close or minimize all programs but Internet Explorer


2) Click this link and then click "OK" as shown here. (if you have already done this, go to step 3)
3) If the Internet Explorer window is taking up the entire screen, click the button shown to the right and resize the window so your desktop is visible.

4) With the Internet Explorer window positioned similarly to the one above, left click and hold over the ICT icon in the address bar as shown here.

5) Move your cursor over an empty spot on the desktop and release your mouse button.

This should create an icon on your desktop that links to the ICT website.
